Contact us whenever is convenient for you by making use of our online services. Doing things online means no waiting time and these services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Use your computer, tablet or smart phone to get online and get in touch. You can also use the computers at your local library, or get online using the free WiFi available at locations throughout Aberdeen. 

You can use your online account to make and manage requests for a range of Council services.
