If you have registered for a Housing Online account and you have not received an account validation email please check your junk/spam folders or search for an email from “noreply@aberdeencity.gov.uk”.
Some email providers stack emails from the same email address which may make it easier to miss new emails from us.
If you cannot find an email from us please call 03000 200 292 (option 2) for further help.
The link within this email expires within 1 hour. If clicked after 1 hour, it will not work.
Please retry to register and ensure you click on the most recent email received.
Some email providers will combine similar emails together in chronological order, and therefore you may not see the most up to date email.
This happens when an account already exists with the same email address. You should receive an email explaining this. To access Housing Online you should use the reset password function and then log on to Housing Online.
If you have forgotten your email address please call us on 03000 200 292 (option 2) and we will assist you.
if you have forgotten your password please select the 'forgotten password' link on the login page. You will need to know the email address you used to register your account so we can send you an email with a reset link in it.
Important: A reset link is only valid for one hour. If you click on the link and it doesn't work you can return to the Housing Online log in page and request a new link.
If you have entered your account incorrectly 3 times you will be automatically locked out. This means that you cannot access your account. Your account will reopen 1 hour after it has been locked. This will allow you to have 3 more attempts at your password or you can select the 'forgotten password' option and answer your memorable questions.
If you do not answer both of your memorable questions correctly your account will remain locked and you will have to call us on 03000 200 292 (option 2) to have it unlocked. We will ask you some questions to help identify you and send you an email at a day/time suitable for you with a link to unlock your account.
Important: if we send you an email to unlock your account it is only valid for 1 hour.
