If you are unable to put your own wheelie bins out for collection we can arrange to collect the bins from an agreed location outside your property, for example your doorstep. This is called an assisted collection.
Periodically we'll send a letter to confirm that you still need your assisted collection. We just need some details from you to confirm this.
We can also provide smaller wheelie bins for mixed recycling and food and garden waste if that would be easier for you to manage.
