Litter bins and dog waste bins
Aberdeen City Council’s Environmental Service is responsible for emptying over 1200 litter bins on council owned public spaces, roads and pavements.
There is a schedule for emptying these bins helping to prevent additional litter problems. However, occasionally problems do arise and bins can become over filled. If you notice a bin that has not been emptied or is causing a litter problem please let us know.
You can report overflowing litter and dog waste bins online or by calling the Environmental service on 03000 200 292.
If you would like to be kept up to date on the progress of your enquiry please sign in or register for an account when completing the form.
Communal residential bins
If a communal residential bin is overflowing you can report it to the Waste service so that they can arrange to have the bin emptied.
