We run the garden maintenance scheme to help tenants who are unable to maintain their gardens. The scheme is available to Council tenants who are elderly, disabled or medically unable to maintain their garden and do not have any other members of their household who are able to maintain their garden for them.
The scheme is only for Council tenants and you apply through your Area Housing Officer by phoning 03000 200 292.
We charge an annual administration fee of £79.80. This fee is non-refundable and you must pay it before any maintenance work is carried out.
Please note that the garden waste permit is included in your garden maintenance charge.
