Problems receiving emails with updates on your requests

If you aren’t getting the emails that we have told you have been sent, it may be because:

  • The email address you gave us was misspelled, either in your account or in the form which you submitted to us.
  • You registered your account using a different email address to the one you are checking.
  • Our emails have gone to your spam or junk mail folders - check these folders to see if there is an email.

Remember!

Many of our emails come from a “no reply” email address. This means that you should not reply to that email as we won't see your message.
