Problems receiving emails with updates on your requests
If you aren’t getting the emails that we have told you have been sent, it may be because:
- The email address you gave us was misspelled, either in your account or in the form which you submitted to us.
- You registered your account using a different email address to the one you are checking.
- Our emails have gone to your spam or junk mail folders.
Remember many of our emails come from a “No Reply” email address. Don't reply to the email as we won't see your message.
