Ross MacLennan, History Curator

Hear from one of the curators of our new View of Aberdeen exhibition in Gallery 15 (opens 27 May). As well as artworks inspired by the Granite City, the exhibition includes recollections, news reports, poetry and music that explore aspects of Aberdeen’s social history. In this talk Ross shares some of his favourite stories from his home city – from the stereotype of tight Aberdonians, to memories of scaffies cleaning streets and an inadvertent rowie delivery service.
