If you have entered your account incorrectly 3 times you will be automatically locked out. This means that you cannot access your account. Your account will reopen 1 hour after it has been locked. This will allow you to have 3 more attempts at your password or you can select the 'forgotten password' option and answer your memorable questions.
If you do not answer both of your memorable questions correctly your account will remain locked and you will have to call us on 03000 200 292 (option 2) to have it unlocked. We will ask you some questions to help identify you and send you an email at a day/time suitable for you with a link to unlock your account.
Important: if we send you an email to unlock your account it is only valid for 1 hour.
