Your responses to the questions will be used for statistical purposes only and will not identify you as an individual. If you do provide any comments, they may be used in the report, but you won’t be identified as having made the comment. The report will be published on the Council’s website.
The consultation asks questions about you if you respond as an individual. This information is voluntary and will be used in the analysis of overall responses and will help us monitor the statistical data to ensure the council is interacting in a balanced way with groups of people with protected characteristics as defined by the Equality Act 2010.
How long we keep your information
Responses will be kept until we complete the analysis of the responses, which will be used to inform decisions on the options for making improvements to the North Esplanade West / Queen Elizabeth Bridge junction and parts of the road network in the immediate vicinity of this junction. The results of the consultation will be communicated to Council Committee in the form of a report, which will be published on the Council website and will be kept permanently.
