Your data: School Aged Childcare (SAC) Networking Forum
In September 2021 the Scottish Government proposed plans to extend an offer of free wraparound childcare to the lowest income families. This forum aims to develop and support networking between the various providers and models of school aged childcare across Aberdeen City, with a primary focus on addressing and tackling any potential sector challenges that may arise.
How we use your data
We will use your contact details to send you invitations to network events and to share information and updates that are relevant to you as a School Aged Childcare provider. If we have face to face meetings we will ask you about any access requirements you may have. We will only use this information to ensure we can arrange an appropriate space to enable you to attend. We will keep records of the forum meetings. Records are kept of most Council meetings and the primary purpose of these is to demonstrate accountability
How long we keep your information for
We will keep your information for as long as you wish to participate in the forum. We will keep records documenting the work of the forum for 3 years.
You have rights in relation to your data, including the right to ask for a copy of it.
