How we use your information
Aberdeen City Council collects and records the names of station users, as well as the dates, times, and amount of fuel dispensed, in order to invoice the appropriate organisations or departments. We share some of this information with our Finance team for the purpose of invoicing.
How long we will keep your information for
We will keep this information for 6 years from the date of the transaction.

You have rights in relation to your data, including the right to ask for a copy of it. You also have the right to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think we haven’t handled your data properly.
Our legal basis
Aberdeen City Council is the Data Controller for this information. Wherever we process personal information we need to make sure we have a legal basis for doing so. The Council understands our legal basis for processing this information as Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. This is because providing this service is part of our legal contract with station users.
