How we use your information
Aberdeen City Council will collect and record information as part of the Grampian Wellbeing Festival 2024 booking for host organisations to have a digital and printed booklet made to promote their services, product and activities that support wellbeing across Grampian.
The booking form will invite organisations, community groups and providers of wellbeing products and services to provide details of the event they are hosting at the Grampian Wellbeing Festival in order to facilitate promotion of the Grampian Wellbeing Festival. The questions on the form will ask for information on the proposed event and proposed location, timings, target audience, for e.g. children under 12, all ages, etc. for inclusion in the advertising materials.
We will collect contact details where a host organisation wishes to be included in a mailing list inviting bookings for future Grampian Wellbeing Festivals. This is entirely your choice and you can change your mind at any time by emailing SWSC@aberdeencity.gov.uk
How long we keep information for
Those hosts who would like to be contacted with details for the Grampian wellbeing Festival 2025 will be kept until booking in February 2025. We do not keep any personal data as that has been requested to be contacted if there is an error or information missing. This will be deleted after 25th March 2024 when the booklets are produced.
