Your data: expression of interest – holiday programmes in the City

How we use your information

Thank you for telling us about the holiday activities you have planned for children, young people and their families in Aberdeen. The information relating to the activities will be displayed on Aberdeen City Council’s website for the duration of the holiday period, after which it will be removed. We will only use your contact details to contact you about the information you have submitted

If you have indicated that you are interested in providing an offering for Aberdeen City Council funding, you will be contacted about that separately.

How long we keep your information

We will keep the information you provide for 3 years.

Your rights

You have rights in relation to your data, including the right to ask for a copy of it. See more information about all the rights you have, how they work in practice, as well as contact details for the Council’s Data Protection Officer. You also have the right to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office. That is the body responsible for making sure organisations like the Council handle your data properly.

Our legal basis

Aberdeen City Council is the Data Controller for your information. Wherever the Council processes your data, we need to make sure we have a legal basis for doing so in data protection law. The Council understands our legal basis for processing your data as being part of our public task.
