Creative Learning, Aberdeen City Council holds information about you digitally to keep you up to date with, and potentially consult you on, Creative Learning’s opportunities. This is entirely your choice.

How long we keep your information for
We will keep your information for as long as you wish to receive updates from the date of opting in to the mailing list.
Your rights
You’ve got legal rights about the way the Council handles and uses your data, which include the right to ask for a copy of it, and to ask us to stop doing something with your data. Our legal basis
Aberdeen City Council is the Data Controller for this your information. Wherever the Council processes your data, we need to make sure we have a legal basis for doing so in data protection law. The Council understands our legal basis for processing this information as Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, because you have consented by signing up to receive notifications. You can withdraw this at any time, as explained above.
