How we use your information
Community Planning is a way of working which means public bodies work together with communities to plan and provide better public services. Together these public bodies form a community planning partnership (CPP). In Aberdeen the CPP is called Community Planning Aberdeen.
Community Planning Aberdeen have agreed to use the Model for Improvement as a framework for achieving the improvement aims within the Local Outcome Improvement Plans. The Model for Improvement is a framework designed to develop, test and implement changes that lead to improvement. It is being rolled out across Aberdeen City Council and Community Planning Aberdeen partners to create a city-wide culture of quality improvement and improve outcomes to the people of Aberdeen. The virtual and in person Model for Improvement Bootcamps introduces you to the Model for Improvement and provide you with tools, skills and resources that can be used on a wide range of projects.
To support the delivery of improvements, building confidence and capability of our Project Managers and Teams, in addition to the Model for Improvement bootcamps Community Planning Aberdeen offer a range of advice and support sessions. These are held both online and in person.
If you register to attend one of the online sessions, we will use your contact details to send you the joining details for the session. These sessions will be run in an online platform, such as Microsoft Teams, and in connecting to the event your information (name, email address, phone number) may be displayed and visible by all attendees.
