How we use your information
By participating in this engagement exercise, you will help Aberdeen City Council determine what is important to you and your community about the development of the City Centre and the Beach. This in turn will inform the priorities of the review exercise and decisions Aberdeen City Council will make on change and improvements.
Your responses to the questions will be used for statistical purposes only and will not identify you as an individual.
If you decide to provide any comments, we may use them in the Committee Report which will be published on the Council website.
How long we keep your information
Responses will be kept until we complete the analysis that will inform the Aberdeen City Centre Review. The City Centre Masterplan and the Beach Review will be communicated to Council Committee in the form of a Report, which will be published on the Council website and will be kept permanently.
You have rights in relation to your data, including the right to ask for a copy of it. Our legal basis
Aberdeen City Council is the Data Controller for your information. Wherever we process personal data we must have a legal basis in data protection law and tell you what it is.
