This year’s theme for Bookbug Week Scotland is Bookbug’s Big Bedtime; Cuddle up with your wee one, read a dreamy night-time book or share a lullaby for some special time together.

 

Bookbug's Big Bedtime: How to Improve Your Child's Sleep with Sleep Action

Thursday 15 May, 10.45am at Central Library

As part of Bookbug's Big Bedtime, Alyson O'Brien from Sleep Action will lead a session on the benefits of good sleep, and finding the right solution to sleep issues at any age, with a focus on children.

Suitable for parents of children aged 0 to 5.

Join us for a special evening Bookbug Session to celebrate Bookbug Week: Book's Big Bedtime.

Bring teddy along for a sleepover with Bookbug! Teddies to be collected next day.
