Supplying the council with goods/services

Thank you for supplying goods and/or services to Aberdeen City Council.

Whilst we endeavour to pay your invoice by the agreed due date, there may be busy periods where this may not be possible. Once payment has been made you should receive it in 2 working days.

If you have a query regarding an invoice please sign up to the supplier self-serve portal:

Once you have registered for the portal you can log in to:

  • View the invoices you have sent the council.
  • See the status of your invoice.
  • Request copy of BACS Remittance.
  • Request a change of details.

 

If you are unable to find the answer to your question in our self-serve portal please complete our enquiry form and we will reply to you within 10 working days.
