Aberdeen City Council is committed to supporting licence holders and licensed premises within our city so that they can be successful and help Aberdeen to be a city where people can live, work, learn, and relax.
Although most licence holders and licensed premises (non-alcohol) provide a good and satisfactory service, sometimes there can be concerns.
Should you wish to complain or pass on your concerns about a licence holder or a licensed premises (non-alcohol), we always recommend making a complaint with the licence holder or company first. This will normally be investigated, and resolved, in a timely manner. If the issue is not resolved by this, please see the following complaints procedure.
