19th Century Newspapers Database contains full runs of newspapers, journals, magazines and other serialised publications specially selected by the British Library to best represent nineteenth century Britain. The database includes The Aberdeen Journal.

British Newspaper Archive contains millions of pages of historical news content, including The Press and Journal (1748 - 1950) and The Evening Express (1879 - 1955) and enables keyword searching. The website offers the ability to download and save articles in PDF format.
