Incidents in Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire during World War Two

These two maps were created using records held in the Archives known as 'Incident Registers'. These registers recorded all incidents which took place during World War Two in the North East, and staff and volunteers have been working hard to plot the locations as accurately as possible.

In many cases, this isn't possible as a location will simply be described as a place, such as 'Turriff' or 'North East of Buchanhaven' but every effort has been made to ensure the maps are as accurate as possible.
