Venues and times available are limited and can be viewed on the online booking system. 

The hiring of 3G artificial pitches at Cults Academy, Dyce Academy, Lochside Academy and Northfield Academy is managed by Sport Aberdeen and not Aberdeen City Council. Details of booking arrangements will be available from the Sport Aberdeen website.

*Community Reduced Rate and Community Concession Rate apply only to the hire of selected spaces by not-for-profit groups providing activities likely to contribute to the Council's Local Improvement Plan outcomes. The Standard Rate will apply to all other hires. 

Groups eligible for concession: children under 16, students, over 60s, and disability groups. All participants (excluding any group leaders) must be eligible for a concession in order for the discount to apply. 

Sports clubs with ClubSport membership are entitled to a further 10% discount (Clubsport Level 1) or 20% discount (ClubSport Level 2) on the rates shown, for the hire of spaces in schools and learning centres. 

Customers will be asked to provide appropriate evidence to demonstrate that they are eligible for a reduced rate or concession rate prior to the booking being confirmed.

Once registered you will receive an email instructing you to upload any relevant documents into ‘Your documents' section.  

Yes, refunds will be issued and usually take 3-5days to go back onto the original payment method. For operational reasons ACC reserves the right to cancel any provisional or confirmed bookings, or to make changes to bookings without notice, where required. Where bookings are cancelled by ACC and where payments for these bookings have already been made, customers will be refunded the full amount paid, regardless of when the cancellation is made. 

You can request to cancel your booking at any time, however if you give us notice at least 7 days before your booking is due to take place you will receive a full refund.

Options to pay in advance for each session will be available for those groups making block bookings. 

Before submitting a hire request, you will create a profile for yourself/the group/organisation you represent. As part of your profile creation you can upload relevant documents that can be applied against all bookings. Once you create your profile, a member of the team will apply the correct charging category against your hires.   

If you have regularly booked and used the same venue and timeslot over at least five separate weeks during a single school term in the last year, then you can be considered as a regular booker. Regular bookers will be given access to submit bookings during the Priority Booking Window, at the start of each school session.

The priority booking window allows customers to request to continue to use the same venue, on the same day of the week and at the same start and finish times as they used during the same school term in the previous year. Bookings for alternative venues, or for different days of the week or different start or finish times, will not be accepted during the Priority Booking Window.

Whilst every effort will be made to support customers’ requests to continue to use the same venue and timeslots, this cannot be guaranteed, as it may not always be possible to offer the same venues and timeslots for hire from one year to the next.
