Join us for this introduction on how to ensure we have a Rights Respecting approach to our children in conflict with the law. This session is delivered by Forrest Templeton, Children’s Rights Officer and Julia Milne, WSA Coordinator.

Children in conflict with the law are often the most vulnerable in our communities and most at risk of not having their rights met. In this session you will receive an overview of key points in justice systems that children may encounter, associated rights to consider and how to ensure that children’s rights are upheld at all stages.

There will be opportunity to discuss case examples and ask any questions you have about children’s rights and children in conflict with the law.
