Your data: Short-term Lets Licensing Scheme Consultation

How we use your information

All short-term let properties will require a licence to ensure they are safe and the people providing them are suitable, under legislation approved by the Scottish Parliament.  Aberdeen City Council is required to establish a short-term licensing scheme by October 2022.  We are asking for your views to help us plan and put together Aberdeen City Council’s criteria for the licensing scheme.

We do not need your name, address, or any other contact details as part of this consultation so you can respond anonymously.  If you would be happy to be contacted about your consultation response and/or would like to be kept updated about the scheme then please do provide your contact details. You can change your mind about this at any time by emailing ShortTermLets@aberdeencity.gov.uk  and we will no longer contact you or keep you updated
