Your data: School Aged Childcare (SAC) Providers' Network

How we use your information

Aberdeen City Council carries out engagement work with you as a School Aged Childcare (SAC) Provider through the School Aged Childcare (SAC) Providers Network.  The purpose of this Network is to provide access to meetings, events, share good practice, and provide updates relevant to you as Provider.  The information collected from your participation in the Network will support the Council in the policy development of the service.

We use your contact details to send you invitations to network events and to share information and updates that are relevant to you as a School Aged Childcare provider.

If we have face to face meetings we will ask you about any access requirements you may have. We will only use this information to ensure we can arrange an appropriate space to enable you to attend.

We will keep records of the Network meetings. Records are kept of most Council meetings and the primary purpose of these is to demonstrate accountability and monitoring purposes.

How long we keep your information for

We will keep your contact information for as long as you wish to participate in the Network. We will keep records documenting the work of the Network for 3 years.
