By participating in this consultation, you will help Aberdeen City Council determine your thoughts on the Aberdeen Planning Guidance: Outdoor Seating.
Your responses to the questions will be used for statistical purposes only. If you do provide any comments, we may use them in the report, but you won’t be identified as having made the comment. The report will be published on the Council’s website.
How long we keep your information
Responses will be kept until we complete the analysis of the responses which will be used to inform decisions on the content of the Aberdeen Planning Guidance: Outdoor Seating. The results of the consultation will be communicated to Council Committee in the form of a report, which will be published on the Council website and will be kept permanently.
Your rights
You have rights in relation to your data, including the right to ask for a copy of it. You also have the right to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you think we have not handled your data properly.
