How we use your information
By participating in this engagement exercise, you will help Aberdeen City Council determine the views of the citizens of Kincorth on the 7 options for site locations for the proposed Cruyff Court.
We are asking for your email address and post code in order to ensure citizens provide only one response to the consultation.
Your responses to the questions will be used for statistical purposes only and will not identify you as an individual.
If you decide to provide any comments, we may use them in the Committee Report which will be published on the Council website.
How long we keep your information
Responses will be kept until we complete the analysis that will inform the decision.

Our legal basis
Aberdeen City Council is the Data Controller for your information. Wherever we process personal data we must have a legal basis in data protection law for doing so. The Council’s legal basis for this processing is that it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or exercise of the official authority vested in the Council.
