How we use your information
Aberdeen City Council provides a booking system, Zipporah, in order for you to make an appointment with us for various services and to enable us to manage your booking effectively. For all services we collect your name and contact details (email address and phone number). Some services will ask for further information at the time of booking to assist with preparation for the appointment. The information collected by this portal is passed to the relevant services and may be shared further in line with the practice of each service.

How long we’ll keep your information for
The information will be held in the booking system for 2 years. The service you make an appointment with may keep your personal information for a longer period of time. Please see the service privacy notice for further details.
Your rights
