Your data: Creative Learning workshop booking

How we use your information

Creative Learning, Aberdeen City Council keep your booking information to provide you with updates relating to the workshop that you are attending and where appropriate ensure safe working environments through the record keeping of safety inductions.

If you decide you no longer want to attend the workshop, please email us at creativelearningteam@aberdeencity.gov.uk and we will delete your booking and you will not receive any further updates relating to the workshop.

The Council will only use your email address for the purposes of sending updates relating to the workshop that you are attending. We will not share your contact details with anyone else.

How long we keep your information for

We will keep your information for 12 months from the date of the last workshop. Any evaluation data that you provide will be anonymised.

Your rights

You’ve got legal rights about the way the Council handles and uses your data, which include the right to ask for a copy of it, and to ask us to stop doing something with your data. Our legal basis
