Replace or renew your Accord Card

Due to COVID-19 and following recent changes at the company who produce the National Entitlement Cards, limited card production, focusing on the over 60’s and disabled people’s Concessionary Travel Schemes, will commence from Tuesday 26 May. This means applications can be accepted and processed for replacements and renewals from existing cardholders. However, applications for new cards will not be processed until card production resumes but applications can still be submitted.

At present bus operators have been instructed to allow free travel to cardholders explaining that they have had their card lost, stolen, broken or expired. This instruction will remain in place until 30 June to allow those who have not yet applied for or received their replacement card to do so. From 1 July, bus operators will revert back to the normal process of allowing free bus travel only where a valid National Entitlement Card is presented.

Further information can be found at Concessionary Travel or Entitlement Card
