Aberdeen City Libraries has a number of spaces available for hire.
Room Hire Durations
Meetings rooms can be hired for the following time periods: 1 hour, 2 hours, Half Day (morning or afternoon), Full Day (7 hours).
Charges
Room Bookings are free for Community Councils, NHS (partnership projects), or Council organisation.
Concession rate per hour is available for Registered Charities and Not for Profit organisations.
Full rate per hour will be charged for all other bookings.

Looking to find a confidential space to attend your online interview?
Book a meeting room free of charge at the Central Library.
Take advantage of our free Wi-fi & access to power.
The meeting room is available for booking on weekdays (maximum 90 minutes duration)
Don’t have your own device? A library device is available for your use for the purpose of attending the video interview.

Space bookings can also be made by contacting us on InformationCentre@aberdeencity.gov.uk, by telephone on 01224 652511 or ask any library member of staff for assistance in making a booking.
To ensure sufficient time for preparation, please allow 20 minutes, in advance of your video interview start time when making your booking.
