Aberdeen City Libraries has a number of spaces available for hire.
Room Hire Durations
Meetings rooms can be hired for the following time periods: 1 hour, 2 hours, Half Day (morning or afternoon), Full Day (7 hours).
Charges
Room Bookings are free for Community Councils, NHS (partnership projects), or Council organisation.
Concession rate per hour is available for Registered Charities and Not for Profit organisations.
Full rate per hour will be charged for all other bookings.

Free Video Interview Space Hire Service
Looking to find a confidential space to attend your online interview?
Book a meeting room free of charge at the Central Library and Cove Community Library.
Take advantage of our free Wi-fi & access to power.
Don’t have your own suitable device? A library device is available for your use for the purpose of attending the video interview.
How can I book a space?
Video interview space bookings can be made online (maximum 90 minutes duration).
Space bookings can also be made by telephone on 01224 070707, or ask any library member of staff for assistance in making a booking.
To ensure sufficient time for preparation, please allow 20 minutes, in advance of your video interview start time when making your booking.
Near Me - NHS Attend Anywhere Appointments
Looking to find a confidential space to attend your Near Me appointment?
Do you need access to a device, wi-fi or support?
You can now book a space in our Information Centre room, free of charge, to attend an appointment.
We can also offer the use of an iPad and a headset, if needed, and we have free wi-fi across the building to enable the appointment
Our staff can assist you in accessing your appointment, if you require.
