Mastrick Customer Access Point is located within the Council housing office on Spey Road.
Local residents no longer need to travel into the city centre to gain access to a wide range of services. Instead they can get services delivered face-to-face in their local area.
To assist you at the Customer Access Point is our friendly team of trained Customer Service Advisers, who will be happy to help you with your enquiry. We also have Welfare Rights Advisors and Housing Assistants who can help you with housing issues in your area.
By bringing together a range of services and information under one roof in a location convenient for customers means that services are brought to the customer rather than the customer having to work out which building they need to visit.
