Marischal College Customer Service Centre

You don't have to visit us to access most of our services. The quickest way to get in touch is to use our online forms.

To help with the efforts to limit the spread of coronavirus, we’re providing essential face to face support only in our Customer Service Centre.  This is during reduced opening hours between 10:30am & 1pm, Monday to Friday.

Payments can be made online or by phone 24 hours a day to 03000 200 292 (option 1). Rent and council tax can also be paid at your local Paypoint.

Please only visit if you have an appointment with a service or an urgent request for one of the services below.

  • Bio-liners (Food Waste Bags)
  • Digital Assistance
  • Homelessness
  • Laundry Card Top-up

All other services (including payments) are available online or via one of the numbers below between 9am & 5pm, Monday to Friday

Drop off and parking for disabled people is available at the top of Queen Street across from the Town House. Additional disabled parking bays are located on Shoe Lane just off Queen Street.
