Contacting the council in person

The quickest way to submit an enquiry to us is by using our online forms. Your request will be routed directly to staff in that service area who can help.

Our Aberdeen City Council chatbot, AB-1 is available 24/7 on our website and can help you with your queries on council tax, education, roads and streetlighting, housing and waste and recycling services.

If you need access to a computer or Wi-Fi you can visit your local library. You can also use our photocopiers to scan evidence for council tax, benefits, blue badge and other services. Printing is available at our libraries for a small charge. Find out more about free internet and computer access.
