The quickest way to submit an enquiry to us is by using our online forms. Your request will be routed directly to staff in that service area who can help.
Our Aberdeen City Council chatbot, AB-1 is available 24/7 on our website and can help you with your queries on council tax, education, roads and streetlighting, housing and waste and recycling services.
If you need access to a computer or Wi-Fi you can visit your local library. You can also use our photocopiers to scan evidence for council tax, benefits, blue badge and other services. Printing is available at our libraries for a small charge. Find out more about free internet and computer access.
Face-to-face appointments
If you can’t resolve your enquiry online, please call us for help over the telephone or to discuss making a face to face appointment if necessary. Appointments for Registrars can be made online.
Our offices are not open to walk-in visitors. Please only visit if you have an appointment or an emergency request for one of the services below.

Mastrick Customer Access Point, Woodside Fountain Centre and Tillydrone Community Campus are open for appointments only.
Police Scotland also operate out of the Customer Service Centre and are available:
- Monday – Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
- Saturday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm
At all other times, or if the door has been temporarily locked, please use the buzzer for access or to be connected to 101.
