Positive Thinking Course

Learn how to move on from mindfulness and awareness of our thoughts to how we can then make better decisions in how we think and feel. This course runs over two successive Weds evenings and then completes on Sat 25 May from 9.30am to 12 noon. In order to take full benefit, you are advised to be able to attend all three sessions.
