Put your best foot forward, strolling or striding and help people in your local Grampian Community get their lives back after surviving life changing illness!

Come join Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland for a stroll or a stride in the historic and majestic Duthie Park and along the Deeside Way in Aberdeen this coming June and help us to rebuild lives in your local community. With a range of walking distances to suit all regardless of age, ability and furry friends welcomed – this is an inclusive walking event for all with friends, families, colleagues or teams or indeed solo! We hope to see you there!

All routes will start and finish in the wonderful Duthie Park where you can choose from a 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10 mile routes – a distance for everyone. The walks will be well signposted and all based on footpaths with plenty enthusiastic event marshals to cheer you along. Every walker will also receive an optional Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland t-shirt for the walk and a medal and goody-bag on crossing that finish line!

Entry cost £13 for Adults and £6 for Young Person (5-17) and Children under 5 go free
Raising sponsorship is entirely optional but of course very gratefully received and you will be very well supported by Kati from the fundraising team if you chose to do so!
Simply just by entering this event you will be part of the amazing team of supporters across Scotland who are helping to aid our mission of gaining stronger, longer and independent life for all in Scotland. Surviving life-threatening illness is one thing but everyone deserves to gain back a real qualify of life.
