DanceYoga (Mondays and Wednesdays)




Dancing and yoga in one class. First we get our sweat on to lovely tunes, and then we tone and stretch our well worked muscles. 

This is a whole body workout class for everyone who enjoys moving to music, and wants a good workout where time passes quickly! No previous dancing or Yoga experience required. 

First we'll get our sweat on to lovely tunes (pop, latin, rock - anything you can imagine dancing to). It's all about shaking it and having fun! 
We'll finish with Yoga: strength, stretching and mindfulness.

*£6 pay as you go (every 10th session for free) or block of 10 sessions for £45 
*Free parking at venue 
*Bring a towel OR a mat for the yoga (the room has a carpet so it works fine without a yoga mat)
