Dancing and yoga in one class. First we get our sweat on to lovely tunes, and then we tone and stretch our well worked muscles.
This is a whole body workout class for everyone who enjoys moving to music, and wants a good workout where time passes quickly! No previous dancing or Yoga experience required.
First we'll get our sweat on to lovely tunes (pop, latin, rock - anything you can imagine dancing to). It's all about shaking it and having fun!
We'll finish with Yoga: strength, stretching and mindfulness.
