Organisations in the North Dee, Altens and Tullos in Aberdeen are eligible for free support for employee travel planning to help promote the use of more active and sustainable modes of travel for commuting to work. The project is led by Nestrans and delivered in partnership with Aberdeen City Council and Aberdeenshire Council, and has received EU funding from the CIVITAS PORTIS project.
We'd be delighted if you, or a colleague, could join us at a Business Breakfast event on Wednesday 20th March at the Aberdeen Altens Hotel. Come along and find out more about the travel planning support available to workplaces in the area. We would love to hear your views on transport and any improvements you think would help people to access your organisations better as well as to encourage staff and visitors to travel more sustainably. We have several short presentations lined up for you to find out more about the free support available to your workplace as well as on local cycling initiatives and how active travel can play a role in public health.
Registration and breakfast is from 07:00 with the first presentation commencing at 07:30. All presentations will be complete by 08:30am in time for you to go about your day afterwards. To register for free please book your place via https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/o/nestrans-18541036057
