Aberdeen City Libraries welcomes local author Andrew Lamont to the Central Library to celebrate the launch of his first book of collected short stories: Miscellany.
In conversation with Katherine Marvin, he'll be discussing what inspired him to write, how he got started and reading extractsfrom the book. The session will be followed by a Q+A and book signing
Meditation is the process of getting to know yourself completely, both inside and how you react to what is outside. These one-hour sessions help you to discover a very different ‘me’ – the real you who is actually filled with peace and positivity.
DanceYoga is an exercise class for everyone who enjoys moving to music!
First we give our cardio a challenge with fun dancing to all sorts of music. No pressure on looks, it's all about the feeling! We'll finish with a mix of strength, flexibility and mindfulness exercises in our yoga session.
