Introduction to Meditation

Taught over four successive Wednesday evenings shares basic Raja Yoga philosophy which helps to settle our thoughts so that we can then become focused and peaceful.

Taught in a light, informal way, no special clothing is required, no hard mats, and no difficult positions or chants to learn!

DanceYoga is an exercise class for everyone who enjoys moving to music!

Mondays and Wednesdays 8pm
Rubislaw Church Centre (1 Beaconsfield Pl, AB15 4AB)
Free parking at the venue
Bring mat or towel for the yoga part, trainers (optional) for the Cardio part and water.

Post cycle/run Yoga

Yoga helps you become a better runner/cyclist and keeps you healthy and strong!

Come for a strengthening, stretching and relaxing yoga after your run/cycle or straight from the couch on your rest day.

Mondays and Wednesdays 8.30 pm
£4.50 pay as you go or block of 10 for £35.
