Granite City Roller Derby are recruiting new skaters, referees and non-skating officials!
Have you ever wanted to play the amazing sport that is roller derby? The time has come around again for you to get your skates on and give it a go at our FREE taster session! No skating experience is required - we will teach you all of the fundamentals of skating and roller derby. All the kit is provided, all we ask is that you wear comfortable clothing (not jeans) and bring a bottle of water.
United Sk8s are back in Aberdeen on 5th May, hosting their fantastic roller disco at the Beach Leisure Centre!
There are two family sessions, 4pm to 5.30pm and 6pm to 7.30pm, followed by an adults only session at 8pm.
There are Marshals on hand with hints and tips to you get you rolling safely and there are skates available to hire. Alternatively, bring your own.
