National guidance for child protection committees undertaking learning reviews - gov.scot - Guidance (published 2021, updated 2024) to support child protection committees to reflect, learn and improve child protection systems and practice when a child or young person dies, is significantly harmed, or was at risk of death or significant harm or where there was effective practice.
The Multi Agency Local Protocol - Initial Notification for Learning Review Consideration has been developed in accordance with the underpinning principles and values of the national guidance for undertaking Learning Reviews. This protocol aims to provide guidance for agency’s or practitioners submitting an initial notification for consideration of a Learning Review.
