"At full council on 24 June councillors will have an opportunity to discuss and debate the proposed City Centre Masterplan which has been drafted following three rounds of public consultation by independent master planners BDP, who will also present the proposals. Given the importance of the proposals to the future of our city we as group leaders have decided not to comment in advance of the full council meeting as we wish to formally receive BDP's report and consider their presentation."
