Aberdeen Chamber Orchestra: All the World's a Stage

On 23 Sep 2017

Aberdeen Chamber Orchestra is delighted to announce our first concert of the 2017/18 season, All the World's a Stage

After a successful 2016-17 concert season and our sell-out Seascapes concert, the Aberdeen Chamber Orchestra is excited to be returning to Midstocket with another lively programme, this time featuring music from the stage.

A note from our conductor, Gareth John:

All the World’s a Stage - and all the men and women merely players; they have their exits and their entrances.

Music written for the stage whether it be opera, theatre or ballet is our theme for next season in which the undoubted highlight will be a semi-staged performance with actors of Mendelssohn’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream at our February concert. Don’t forget to check ACO’s website and our Facebook page for more details of all our concerts. I'm looking forward to this and hope to see you soon - Gareth
