PRACTICAL PHILOSOPHY

6 week introductory course Wed 1 February 7.30pm. Free event. This course is related to practical philosophy that can help us in our every day lives: Interesting, light, challenging and life changing. All welcome.

Week 1 - Who am I ? Why am I who I am ? Where am I heading ?
Week 2 - Finding my passion. Goals & potential. Dreams & legacy.
Week 3 - The Formula for success with meaning and purpose.
Week 4- Fears, confidence, stress, anxiety, habits & difficult pasts.
Week 5 Belonging and connection. Being one with the world
Week 6 Creativity, Identity and ego
