Access to Leisure (Help Line)

Details

The Access to Leisure Scheme entitles the holder to discounted access to a wide variety of leisure and sports facilities and programmes run by Aberdeen City Council. You can apply to join the Scheme provided you are resident in the City of Aberdeen and are either a) Aged 60 years and over or b) In receipt of the benifits and allowances as listed in the eligibility criteria (Details are on the 'Access to Leisure Scheme' document under the Downloadable Forms section below) .

Advice in relation to eligibility for support under the Access To Leisure Scheme including:

  • Details of ‘point of sale’ facilities
  • Information on discounted access to services
  • Range of sports activities applicable under the Scheme
  • Membership renewals and issue queries
  • Support of Scheme database and administration
  • Liaison with other Council and external agencies
  • Issue of Group Memberships
The helpline is staffed during normal office hours 0900-1700, Monday to Friday.
