Welcome to Bon Accord Care

Who we are and what we do

Bon Accord Care is a new organisation which was set up in July 2013 to deliver
a range of social care services. These include:

  • Care at Home, including the Community Meals Service and Community Alarm Responder Service, to meet your personal care and support needs;
  • Occupational Therapy (OT), Enablement, Equipment and Telecare services, to enable you to be independent and safe at home;
  • Residential, Respite and Day Care services, when you or your carers need additional support; and
  • Wellbeing activities and information, to keep you as well as possible and to combat social isolation.

Bon Accord Care will provide a personalised, high quality and forwardthinking service which responds to the needs of its customers and enables them to live as independently as possible. Bon Accord Care is wholly owned by Aberdeen City Council, on whose behalf we provide social care services. We work in partnership with the Council, the NHS and other organisations to provide quality care and support to the citizens of Aberdeen.

We offer additional services

Learning and Development:

Our Learning and Development Team provides a range of training for social care
to Council staff and other organisations across Aberdeen City. You can find out about the full range of training courses available, or you can discuss your own
requirements, by contacting Bon Accord Care and asking to speak with the
Learning and Development team.

Where you will find us

Our head office is located at Archibald Simpson House in the city centre. However we deliver care and support to people living at home in the community, in sheltered and very sheltered housing, in our residential homes and day centres,
and at other venues across the city.
