Royal Cornhill Hospital Social Work Teams

There are 3 Adult Mental Health Teams and 1 Old Age Psychiatry and Rehabilitation Team based at Royal Cornhill Hospital.  They offer a social work and care management service to people with mental health problems and their relatives. Staff are attached to multi-disciplinary teams which are linked to GP practices.
