The Former Davidson's Mill (Bucksburn) Development Framework

Introduction

The Davidson's Mill Development Framework has been prepared as a guide for the future development of a brownfield regeneration site at Mugiemoss Road, identified as Opportunity Site OP107 in the adopted Aberdeen Local Plan 2008, and OP22 in the proposed Aberdeen Local Development Plan. This Framework supersedes the Mugiemoss Road Planning Brief (July 2007). The guidance provides a clear vision and strategic framework for any future planning application for a residential led mixed use development of between 700-900 residential units, approx. 2000sqm of retail and community uses.
